They only have one obgyn nurse and then when the day of your appointment they call to say sorry your nurse called out we will call you back tomorrow for another appointment within a week like OMFG don't you people understand I have to ask for these days off from work to see these doctors and for them to call out and for you not to have a backup person is down right outrageous

I had a bad experience in the dental department. One of the receptionists was actually really polite and helpful but the person who took me in to a room was rude both of the times that I came in. The wait is ridiculous if you're a walk in. I had to wait three hours for them to re-write a prescription that I just got the day before. Also, the halls and rooms are filthy. I'm never going there again.
Was turned away by nurse Michelle in urgent care. Even though they promote an Urgent Care facility, it is not. Even though i called to confirm services, I was given incorrect information. Its a walk in service for established patients. Reception was adequate but not helpful or friendly. Based on the general lack of compassion and lethargy, by the staff, I would be afraid to go back for any reason!
