The Doctors here are very good and helpful. But for the receptionist if you would not have to deal with him I would rate this place as a 5 star. He is unhelpful, rude and unfriendly.
I have been going here for over a year and I got to say it is awesome. They are so nice and compassionate. I highly recommend this location.
It is not often that you find something that you consider a true fix to pain and body issues that you have been struggling with for years. The folks at Eastern Western Medicine in Worcester, MA have been amazing and I am very happy that they came into my life when they did. As an active adult, I experienced nagging shoulder issues from work outs that simply would not go away. This was later diagnosed as a torn rotater cuff injury. In lieu of a surgical fix, I decided to give acupuncture a try. This turned out to be a wonderful decision and I believe that is based mostly on the warm and inviting staff at this location. From the moment you arrive the greeting that you receive helps set you at ease. The front office manager helps explain the way my insurance coverage would work and also helped me book additional appointments. I would, and have recommended them to both friends and family and praise them every chance I get. I am completely pain free now and continue to go back once a month to this truly relaxing place!
Love this place !!! Dr Jade is excellent acupuncturist. She takes time and great care of her patients. Treatments are painless and extremely effective. I was somewhat nerves on my first visit but to my surprise it was very relaxing. The place is quite and relaxing and i always fella a sleep right there in the middle of treatment. I'm very happy with all my treatments , the place is truly exceptional.
The environment is very cozy and professional. Yadranka is very knowledgeable and has a unique perspective that contributes to health and healing. I feel so much better; it has helped me physically and emotionally. I am very satisfied with People's Acupuncture. I've been telling all my friends how much Yadranka Perl has helped me and I recommend this facility to all my families and friends who need some help.
