I will be removing my records and going somewhere else. I like my Dr but no clinic is worth this much trouble.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. The level of unprofessionalism in a mental health workplace is disgusting. Downright disrespectful and rude staff. I just called to get my script filled, I hadn't seen the Dr in a few months due to her cancelling an appointment with me (this has happened often). The receptionist asked me how often I see the dr, I told her, she then hazed me saying I never called back to reschedule my appointment. I told her I couldn't keep up with the Dr's cancellation and I simply apologized. She then told me that it's not the Dr's fault that accidents happen and that I should have called back. "we called you in April, you didn't call back". Excuse me? I have never had a receptionist talk to me like this. Unbelievable. I asked to speak with someone else, she transfers me to someone's VM. I call back, get the same girl. I asked if she was the girl I just spoke with, her response? "MMMMMMHMMMMMM". You work at a medical clinic, not a call center, have some couth. Made my appt, was transferred to med refills, waited for close to 15 minutes, lady answers, asked me my name and DOB, I tell her I need a refill, she tells me I haven't been seen since January and I need to be seen. Gives me an attitude, basically talks down to me like it's my fault I can't get my script. Explain to her I made an appt with reception for mid July, she says, "Ok I'll let the Dr. know". That's it, no refill. I asked her if the Dr. would get back today, she says, "I hope so".
This place is horrible. Doctors quit and then you have to find a new provider only to then tell you that you have an appt.
I had the owner (an MD) have his son, who is in college, handle my appointment and I was angry. I never saw an MD
This is a mental health facility, people's lives depend on your reliability. Stop treating your patients like a burden.
My prescriber is great. I hate where he works. I hate who he works with. They are either not reliable or nasty towards me every single time I have to work with them. I just called to let them know that a prior authorization for my medication was needed. I got blasted by Cindy who said that it isn't the doctor that does this, but she does and she is too busy to do it now. Well, I never said it had to be done now. I was simply informing the office of what needs to be done. This is the second time she has been super nasty to me!
Never return calls. On a prescription that I cannot go without, and told me I had to wait the weekend. Now I will have to go to the ER to be treated, and this is not the first time. Poor business practices!
