I've been with spectrum for 3 years now. This particular building and program is the main headquarters for spectrum (I believe).
I, for one, love this place. I can sum THIS location up in one word; FUNCTIONALITY.
Rude unprofessional go to Leominster MA spectrum they are very nice and helpful.
This program at this address was built to serve a great MANY purposes, and to do it well.

Great Doctors, Great Nurses, Great Clinicians, a very well educated Director and all her wonderful staff help to make this place a well rounded environment where not-so-well rounded clients can learn to build a better life. And then they see to it that their clients employ there newly learned life skills by doing what GREAT providers do; FOLLOW UP.
They suck the security thinks it's a joke when someone tries to kill you and then kicks you off
1600 clients!! And you can't please everyone.
Although there are some negatives the place saved my life. In every place with people new to recover still active but trying or up to many year recovery you will find many different personalities from active addict behavior to those who are further in recovery an have the entitled feel. What we need to look at is did you follow program to best of your ability change your life style go to groups counselling take positive advice and follow the rules if yes chances are you appreciate the new life Spectrum has helped you obtain. If not, you may be still in a negative place. I find good and bad everywhere it's what you do or are doing that you must focus on. If there's something you don't like say something and don't stop until your heard if u drop grievence in a box and that is all well we get what we give! All I can say is thank God I'm not one of those 10 friends I've had to attend the funeral of in the past yr or two!
