Busy location but a typical AT&t corporate location. Sells cellular phones and accessories as well as direct tv, and digital life home security. Best time to go is first thing in the morning or week days between 2 and 4 pm
Had a black screen issue with my phone. Went right over to this store as it is right down the street from my work. The young man, who the manager, was very friendly. I told him my issue, he did a hard restart, then offered to check the health of the phone considering that i had dropped it. He hooked it up, ran a diagnostic and did some updates and it was then working fine. He checked my acct to be sure I was on the right plan for maximum savings, and I was. I asked him why not much product to look at on the floor...which they have all the product out back. Apparently some characters came in an ripped the iPhones right off the cables! Sadly, this has made them leave most product out back, but they do have the product in store, just ask.
Best experience I've ever had dealing with a cellular network. They do get really busy but it's worth the wait.
Had a promotion where they give you three tablets to try for free and you get to pick one and send the rest back well apparently the manager (alex)at at&t on park Ave is not aware of how the promotion works he said I bought three tablets and I have to pay a restocking fee or something like that ..... why have a promotion when every sales representative in stores doesn't have a well knowledgeable of how the promotion works .... all they care about is the commissions they get once They've sold you the product , they don't care about customers satisfaction, they didn't even offer to call customer service themselves to even ask for any type of information on the promotion.... mind you I just got off the phone with customer service and said the person telling me that I can't return the product without a fee is giving me false information so I'm going to give customer service their name and keep on giving this specific at&t store a bad review until they fix their sales peoples
I have never written a review of anything before but feel the need to let people know that they should go elsewhere and not trust what the employees at this store say. I called ahead to see if I could exchange something that I purchased at a different AT&T store (assuming that the stores were franchised and that I couldn't). The woman on the phone gave me a little bit of attitude, like I was asking a dumb question, but told me that I could. I went in to the store and waited in line for an hour only to find out that I couldn't. They completely wasted my time and seemed pretty unconcerned about this rather large customer service mistake.
