The woman at the front desk was polite and helpfully 10/10 for here. But all in all, I could not tell if the people were dumb A.F or doing some really crappy sales pitch to get me into a new phone, not necessarily the woman at the front desk I don't think she knows much about phones but this is more directed to whoever was back there that she talked to. They said my phone has no IMEI number or IME-ID. Witch, it does EVERY PHONE HAS ONE! and the fact the phone is a sprint phone I got it unlocked and the person who unlocked it needed the IMEI, so I know it has one. But they said I needed a new phone but I saw threw there BS and went to a different sprint store out at Blackstone Vally. I just can't believe that someone who works at a phone store does not know phones. The store seems like a dead wasteland, to be honest, you're better off going to the one out in Blackstone Valley. Better service, knowledgeable people and all around a better store. -
