I was standing in one place for a little bit and a staff member approached me and asked if I knew what I was looking for. I said I didn't, so he asked what consoles I have. I told him and he listed the most popular and newest (in the case of my active consoles) games. The staff is overall very helpful and feel happy to be there, and make me feel the same. The only thing is they push up sells a little much.
