Now your on here looking like a fool in the beginning of your statement you acknowledged I purchased the mud flaps and light then say I didn’t and that I was told to contact the company. You know that’s not true.

Also as you can see his ATTITUDE toward your car is as long as it’s not visible damage it’s not a big deal that’s what they do there Half Ass work I mean read the reviews on yelp and anywhere same story I’m telling.

Don't waste your time. The owner only cares until they get your money. They charged over double for every part in my stereo installation. A $40 radio online was priced at $100 in store and to install it cost just under $400. Plus, my steering wheel controls for the stereo no longer work, which they NEVER mentioned and are now telling me that we need to pay for another $100 wiring harness to fix it. Just overall no care for the customers, once they have your money they don't care what happens.

Also you know I came back 2 days after installation due to the flap not being securely fastened and you acknowledged it and now you act as tho you don’t know what the problem is

Also I have contacted the BBB with AMEX on my behalf for a formal complaint.

I had a SIMPLE headlight Bulb swap and splash guards installed. On a brand new Jeep And two days later I realized the splash guards were not installed correctly and caused damage to my vehicle in excess of 1k also the BRAND NEW bulbs had blown out so I went back in to see what we could do and the owner of the store just decided that it was all my fault and told me that the splash guards are suppose to do that and now refuses to help at all.

Fast courteous service. Salesman explained remote start features in detail

I showed you the receipt inside the store and a little scuff is a joke but it’s okay because I’m being refunded either way

Most horrible customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Because one of their master tax decided that he wanted to call out they kept my brothers car the whole entire day without calling him just tell him when it was going to be done. So then I called at three to ask when it would be done they said two hours it's now 520 and his car is still not done do not get anything done by these people they don't care about customer service they charge $95 an hour and he tried to tell me that he cannot discount to even 5% because he had to pay his technicians and he has overhead costs. Lamest excuse I've ever heard in my life for customer service do not get your car done here go to Best Buy at least they stand by their product and give you good customer service this family run company or whatever they are does not care about customer service whatsoever all they're concerned about is the bottom line how much money they can make off of you so I highly highly recommend that you never use this company for any needs that you have because of something goes wrong they'll blame you and then shrug their shoulders and say too bad sorry not my fault it was the tech mission that called in...

Then he proceeds to talk trash to other customers about it and makes rude comments.

Luckily Amex is going to refund the money in full that’s called customer service

I went in there cos i was having a issue with my radio and my cigarette lighter fuse, they couldn't fix it and tried talking me into buying a new radio which was way way overpriced . So basically i paid 145$ for a cigarette lighter fuse change and left with my radio problem. I could have argued about the price but it was a lesson learnt for me. TBh they deserve less than one star. Definitely not going back ever again

But I will say the 434.75 refund Amex gave me will cover the CORRECT installation of SPLASH GUARDS and getting headlight replaced also Amex is looking into a way to refund me damages to my vehicle also
