Knowledgeable and if they Don't know the answer to a question have been very good at asking someone else for the answer. The store is always so clean and the selection of merchandise is really good!
It is alway good to shop there .. they need to pay attention to how clean the store is.
However the sales staff really lacks knowledge of their products. Today I asked my salesman in the computer department what I could expect playing my Xbox on a samsung curved monitor with 60hz and 4ms response time. He gave me a very blank stare and simply rejurgitate the vanilla "it'll work" response. When I asked him why he said it 60hz was a fast frame rate (when it's really an average one, at least in the PC world).
