This is a very poorly operated store. I came in when the manager was training a new employee. I was greeted by a man yelling and screaming as he left the facility. This particular store is run by a group of thugs who condone each others misconduct. The staff is woefully inept. What they do is pass the buck on to several other employee's. I was quoted and delivered a different plan. I will be contacting the regional manager ( I don't think he cares, because I saw him there) , the FCC and the better business bureau. good luck guys, just because you can scam uneducated people doesn't mean you have a free pass. I went to this store for a replacement and requested express delivery because I needed my phone back as soon as possible. They never notified me when they called the phone. I called them daily but they told me they didn't have the phone until a week later.
It turns out the phone was there the express delivery day and they didn't check well. I talked to the store manager who made me pay the express delivery fee anyways. Wouldn't go back. Awful experience.
If I could, I would post zero star. Worst experience ever. The people do not know how to treat costumers. They don't know anything about their products. I can't believe how they can be so bad in their job. It feels like they try to harm their costumers. I will never, ever interact with T-mobile in any ways in my life and I hope more people be aware of this fact.
I've has T-Mobile for 8 years. Creature of habit. I always complained about their customer service and everything else. Then I moved nearby this particular store. A+ service from beginning to end. The manager is very nice, friendly and professional. The staff go above and beyond to help. Even if I move and have a TMOBILE near me, I'll drive to this one instead.
